Casa STL is an owner-finance marketplace for the St. Louis metro. It is run locally. We are still putting the public story together — we will not invent years in business or a biography.
A place to browse homes, apply as a buyer, and list a property if you want to sell with payments. Spanish is the primary language of the site; English lives under /en. We only publish real data: we do not fill the inventory with addresses or other people’s photos.
A local operator. Concrete facts — public name, background, photo — will be added here when they are ready. Until then, the contact form is the way in.
We are not a bank. We are not, by default, a real-estate broker or a lender. Casa STL connects. If a specific home has a different arrangement, that listing will say so.
